Per-account plans start at $5/mo (Shared) and $10/mo (Private Server), with a 4-account minimum. Unlimited plans are flat: $50/mo Shared, $100/mo Private Server. No hidden fees, no feature gating.
Shared plans include a 7-day free trial when you first subscribe — add a card, and you're only charged once the trial ends. Cancel before that and you pay nothing. The backtester needs no trial at all: it's free forever for every registered user.
Yes. A trading login can place and read orders — it can never move or withdraw money, which stays inside your broker's own portal. MT5 accounts connect with login, password and server; cTrader accounts connect through cTrader's own authorization screen, so no password is ever shared with us. Credentials are never shown back to you or returned by the API, and you can disconnect an account whenever you want.
At your broker, exactly as if you had placed them yourself — 5MTrader never holds your funds. Our copier servers keep a live session to each connected account and send the copied order straight to the broker, so nothing runs on your computer and there is no VPS to rent or keep online. Shared plans run on our managed fleet; Private Server reserves a dedicated VPS for your accounts alone.
Your positions stay exactly where they are. Open trades, stop-loss and take-profit live at the broker, not with us, so nothing is closed or changed if a copier server is unreachable. What pauses is copying: new master trades are not mirrored while an account is offline, and copying resumes on its own once it reconnects — no rules to reconfigure. A copier-health alert can tell you the moment an account has been offline past your threshold.
Pick Private Server when you want full isolation: a dedicated VPS reserved for your subscription, no shared resources, no noisy neighbors. It's $10 per account per month, or $100/mo flat for unlimited accounts on a dedicated VPS. The server is provisioned and managed by us — you don't install or maintain anything.
